I couldn't see anywhere to leave a review for the Einhell leaf blower, but I really want to tell you how thrilled I am with mine!

I was a bit worried about buying it as I hadn't seen it reviewed anywhere, but I spoke to Nick about it and he said it would be fine. He was right! I'm not a spring chicken,only 5ft tall and suffer from arthritis, so I wasn't even sure I'd be able to lift a leaf blower, but this one is really easy to put together, very light and easy to manoeuver, and to empty the bag. Even with the bag full it wasn't too heavy.
I love it!

Thank you for an impressive standard of customer service this week, which has enabled me to repair my McCulloch leaf blower/Vacuum with a new petrol feed pipe.
The order was dwespatched to me with speed and this enabled the repair to proceed with the minimum of delay.
The blower is now working fine again thanks again to the replacement green petrol pipe, which hopefully will not perish whilst subjected to the supply of petrol from the tank of the machine to the carburettor, as before.
The web site was easy to navigate and find the relevant replacement part I needed, and I will be looking again for future requirements. Well Done.

These days it is very hard to find good Customer Services offered by companies. So often telephone calls result in long delays before any contact is made and having finally spoken to someone little or no satisfaction is obtained. Emails are ignored and no respose is provided.
