 Information About Deliveries
Unless stated otherwise, all of our products are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to UK Mainland addresses for orders placed over the internet via our website. The price you see for a product is the price you pay, including VAT. Most of our products are delivered on a Next Working Day Service, stock levels permitting (we have over 95% order fulfillment on next day delivery items).
Larger items that require a pallet delivery (e.g. cement mixers) usually take 3 - 4 days.
Currently we can only deliver machinery to United Kingdom mainland addresses. Smaller items such as parts can be shipped internationally, but are subject to additional postage. Overseas customers requiring spare parts should contact us first before placing orders.
The method and time for delivery varies by product, but the majority of products are dispatched on the same business day for either next working day delivery or delivery within 3-5 days. In the case of Next Working Day Delivery items, orders received after 1-00pm on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday.
There are occasional delivery costs and occasional delays in delivery when delivering to very remote area’s, notably the Highlands of Scotland and certain areas of Wales and Cornwall. There may be other instances of Next Working Day Delivery not applying. This would be extreme pressure on Deliveries, Carriers not fulfilling obligations etc. This is very unusual and, as stated above, more than 95% of Next Day Orders are delivered next day - Mower Magic accept no liability for delayed orders.
On occasion some machines may be delivered to you direct from the manufacturers stock.

ExceptionsThere are certain exceptions to the above:
Bank Holiday Weekends: Next Day Delivery Orders received over a bank holiday weekend will usually be delivered on the following Wednesday. No Deliveries are made between Christmas and New Year.
Free Delivery is given for internet orders to addresses in mainland England, Wales and Scotland. The following postcodes are excluded from this offer and will incur additional delivery charges (this is a guide only, often the surcharge is less than this and we can quote you if you call us before ordering. Parts that can be sent via Royal Mail will not be subject to any additional postage for UK Mainland):
* Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes AB31-38, AB41-54, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, KY, PA20-403, PH15-44, PH60 ZE. Supplemental Carriage & Packing Charge - £20.00 for first 20kg, then 54p per kg there after. Larger items may be subject to a Pallet surcharge - These are stated as an estimation and may well be much less for smaller items (eg. spare parts less than 2kg go Royal Mail with no extra charge) - please enquire before ordering.
* Northern Ireland - postcode BT . Supplemental Carriage & Packing Charge - £20.00 for first 20kg, then 54p per kg there after. Larger items may be subject to a Pallet surcharge - These are stated as an estimation and may well be much less for smaller items - please enquire before ordering.
* Isle of Man - postcode IM . Supplemental Carriage & Packing Charge - £20.00 for first 20kg, then 54p per kg there after. Larger items may be subject to a Pallet surcharge - These are stated as an estimation and may well be much less for smaller items - please enquire before ordering.
* Isle of Wight - all postcodes - Supplemental Carriage & Packing Charge - £20.00 for first 20kg, then 54p per kg there after. Larger items may be subject to a Pallet surcharge - These are stated as an estimation and may well be much less for smaller items - please enquire before ordering.
Please note all telephone orders are subject to a £5.00 administration charge.
Additional delivery charges will be added after consultation with the customer at time of processing, and will not appear on your invoice unless a reprint is requested. Charges stated are a maximum and may be lower for smaller lighter items. |
Overseas CustomersMower Magic are a UK based company, and can only deliver goods to residents of the United Kingdon unless we specifically agree to deliver elsewhere BEFORE orders are placed. Customers from outside the UK should not order goods unless they have had agreement from us that we will deliver to your location. Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK without our agreement, that we subsequently unable to deliver, will be subject to an 8% Administration charge which will go towards costs incurred processing and refunding the order. Other overseas orders for spare parts will be charged carriage without notification. |
Special Order Spare PartsSPECIAL ORDER SPARE PARTS - Spare parts that are not listed on our website will be researched on a "best endeavours" basis, based on information supplied by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information provided is correct. Special Order spare parts are supplied on a non-returnable basis. No refunds can be given for parts that have been ordered specially for the customer which ultimately turn out to be incorrect.
