Unless stated otherwise, all of our products priced over £49.99 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to UK Mainland addresses (Zones A and B) for orders placed over the internet via our website. This excludes Special Order products - for these we will quote you the carriage.

Carriage charges for products priced under £49.99, and for products in other Zones or countries will apply.

SPARE PARTS and SPECIAL ORDER SPARE PARTS - Spare parts can be researched on a "best endeavours" basis, based on information supplied by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information provided is correct. Special Order spare parts are supplied on a non-returnable basis. No refunds can be given for parts that have been ordered specially for the customer which ultimately turn out to be incorrect.

PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM CARRIAGE CHARGE OF £3.50p PER ORDER, NON-REFUNDABLE.

Petrol powered machines are supplied "Dry" - this means you need to add motor oil before using. You should read the operators manual fully before use. If you do not have a manual you need to contact us immediately before using the machine. Failure to use the correct oil with your machine will result in damage to the engine.

Please keep all packaging materials safe and in tact until you are happy that the product is correct, undamaged and fully working. For products delivered on pallets, please retain the pallet until you are certain the product is correct, undamaged and fully working. For any collections of products that were originally sent on a pallet, the product will need to be re-palletised by the customer before a collection can take place.
