About Free Delivery

Unless stated otherwise, all of our products are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to UK Mainland addresses (Zones A and B) for orders placed over the internet via our website.

Products weighing 2kg or less will also be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to Zones A, B, C, D, F and G to addresses with standard UK postcode as they will go via Royal Mail at no extra cost.

Additional Information

The price you see for a product is the price you pay, including VAT. Most of our products are delivered on a Next Working Day Service, stock levels permitting.

Larger items that require a pallet delivery (e.g. cement mixers) usually take 3 - 4 days.

The method and time for delivery varies by product, but the majority of products are dispatched on the same business day for either next working day delivery or delivery within 3-5 days. In the case of Next Working Day Delivery items, orders received after 1-00pm on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday.

There are occasional delivery costs and occasional delays in delivery when delivering to very remote area’s, notably the Highlands of Scotland and certain areas of Wales and Cornwall. There may be other instances of Next Working Day Delivery not applying. This would be extreme pressure on Deliveries, Carriers not fulfilling obligations etc.

Mower Magic accept no liability for delayed orders.

On occasion some machines may be delivered to you direct from the manufacturers stock.

Special Order Spare Parts

SPARE PARTS and SPECIAL ORDER SPARE PARTS - Spare parts can be researched on a "best endeavours" basis, based on information supplied by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information provided is correct. Special Order spare parts are supplied on a non-returnable basis. No refunds can be given for parts that have been ordered specially for the customer which ultimately turn out to be incorrect.

PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM CARRIAGE CHARGE OF £3.50p PER ORDER, NON-REFUNDABLE.

Petrol Engine Machines

Petrol powered machines are supplied "Dry" - this means you need to add motor oil before using. You should read the operators manual fully before use. If you do not have a manual you need to contact us immediately before using the machine. Failure to use the correct oil with your machine will result in damage to the engine.

Packaging

Please keep all packaging materials safe and in tact until you are happy that the product is correct, undamaged and fully working. For products delivered on pallets, please retain the pallet until you are certain the product is correct, undamaged and fully working. For any collections of products that were originally sent on a pallet, the product will need to be re-palletised by the customer before a collection can take place.
