I ordered a Smart Holder Deluxe Saw Horse this week which arrived very fast, and is a wonderfully designed piece of equipment. Unfortunately there was a wing nut and bolt missing, probably fallen out through a hole in a corner of the cardboard box. I therefore phoned up your spare parts person yesterday, and today the missing part arrived in the post.
I don't take this sort of service for granted, and am really appreciative that such a trivial matter got treated seriously. Please pass on my thanks to Mr Spare Parts. Can I also suggest that the corners of the saw horse box gets extra tape?
