From Handy, this is a good quality towed dethatcher. This dethatcher is 122 cm wide (40inch) and has spring tines. It will trail behind any ride-on / ATV. This dethatcher will do a thorough job, in a gentle way and will bring out layers of moss, dead grass and matter to the surface. This will allow nutrients to get down into the ground and promote a healthier lawn.
This machine has a standard hitch pin and single lever transport handle, making it suitable for towing behind all types of lawn tractors and ride on mowers. It is also equipped with a weight tray with convenient tie-down points, so it can be ballasted with concrete blocks or bricks (not supplied) should you require deeper soil-penetration; and it combines a transport handle with large-wheels and a lightweight design (14.8kg) for simple movement when not hooked-up.
