The power output appears to be absolutely fine, and it recharges quickly . The lady in the advertising material for this product must have muscles of iron. I'm a 74 year old male and tall, and I would not say it can be used by everyone. But if you are tempted, go for it.

Great product, have this and the hedge trimmer. Great power, battery lasts for ages. Brushcutter cuts through really thick weeds / grass / small trees with the metal blade. Wire also cuts through all standard weeds / grass. Use this for edging and cutting back on a 1 acre plot without any issue at all. The only area that I would question long term is the quality of the plastic, there are NO signs of weakness at present however compared to the metal components it feels slightly weaker. However used several times so far and no issues at all. Will be investing in more of the add ons in the next few weeks.
