Environmentally Conscious Mowing with Biodegradable Line - Trim ecologically and sustainably: with our world's first 100% biodegradable trimmer line. TÃœV Austria certified according to the ISO 17556 OK SOIL standard. Trimmer lines gradually wear down during use and leave residue in nature.
Unlike nylon trimmer lines, our trimmer lines are absorbed by the soil structure. This prevents unnecessary environmental pollution. Biodegradable within 24 months and yet strong enough for your tasks.
Weighing just 2.35 kg and featuring an ergonomically adjustable auxiliary handle, this trimmer is the highly portable, easy-to-use helper for every gardener. The flexible, swivelling line head with a 33 cm cutting width and the plant guard ensure precise trimming along lawn edges, under bushes, and against walls. Line feed is automatic via a bump feed mechanism, and the shaft length is adjustable. A foldable edging wheel is also included.
The trimmer is powered by AL-KO's flexible 18V / 36V battery system (1 battery / 2 voltages). Batteries with different capacities are available: 2 / 2.5 / 4 / 5 / 8Ah. Li-ion batteries have a high energy density, are long-lasting, have no memory effect, and exhibit low self-discharge.
Your freedom: The compact AL-KO cordless trimmer is ideal for beginners. Thanks to its whisper-quiet operation, your neighbours won't be disturbed – you can trim at any time of day, regardless of strict quiet hours. Tip: For space-saving storage, simply order the wall mount (item no. 114184).
1 x battery (18V / 2.5Ah) and charger included.
