Step 1: Build Up the Cart & Attach the clip to the longer side of the cart roughly halfway down the side.
Step 2: Use the tied end of the tie-down kit and hook over the latch.
Step 3: The result should look like this. To remove it, simply unhook the tie-down kit from the latch.
