* Order any parts required
* Complete the repair
* Test the product
Following a warranty repair please complete the form on this page to receive a credit for the spare parts used. Labour time will automatically be added to the claim in accordance with the manufacturer's LTA.
Spare parts should have been ordered via the portal before the claim is submitted.
Parts will no longer be shipped free of charge.
