The Scheppach MS173-51 Lawnmower combines strong petrol performance with self-propelled drive for efficient lawn care across larger gardens. Developed using Scheppach's German engineering principles, it offers powerful cutting, smooth handling and versatile mowing options for demanding garden maintenance.
Driven by a robust 173cc 4-stroke petrol engine producing 4.1hp (3kW), the MS173-51 delivers the torque needed for taller, denser or damp grass. The self-propelled wheel drive works with large ball-bearing wheels to reduce pushing effort and maintain controlled movement across uneven lawns.
The 51cm cutting width helps reduce mowing time on larger lawns, while the seven-position central cutting height adjustment from 25mm–75mm allows quick adaptation to changing grass lengths. The 65L grass collection bag supports longer mowing sessions with fewer interruptions.
Designed for convenience, the steel housing includes an integrated water connection for cleaning away grass residue after use. The foldable handle makes storage and transport easier, while the mulching and side discharge functions provide flexible options for regular lawn care.
