Delivery is free across the UK mainland on every building, with no minimum spend. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request.

How quickly will my building arrive?
Modular timber buildings ship within 2–3 working days and composite buildings within 3–5 working days. You choose the delivery date that suits you at checkout.

Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland?
Yes — these areas are quoted individually on request. Contact us with your postcode before ordering and we will confirm the cost and timescale.

What about installation?
These buildings are designed for easy DIY assembly, but professional installation is available for a flat £250 across the UK mainland, typically scheduled within 4–6 weeks.
