Engine and Lubrication
The mower is powered by a WEIBANG XCV300 engine, which features a pressure lubrication system with a spin-off oil filter for ease of maintenance. The pressurized system ensures ultimate durability as well as the ability to work on slopes.
Vibration Control Technology (VCT)
Operator comfort is a major focus for this professional machine. The WEIBANG 300cc Low Vibration Engine incorporates VCT - Vibration Control Technology (symbol: VCT V™) to dramatically reduce handle vibration levels to a measured 4.5m/s² on the main model and 3.2m/s² with the VRS vibration reduction system.
Crank Protection System (CPS)
The mower is equipped with a Crank Protection System (CPS) to safeguard the engine's crankshaft from accidental and costly impact damage.
Versatile 4-in-1 Cutting Options
The Virtue 77 TBO offers 4 in 1 functionality with its 30.5" / 77cm twin blade steel deck. The options include rear discharge, rear collect, side discharge for overgrown areas such as paddocks and pathways, and mulching. Clippings are collected in a large 90L collector with airflow fabric and a quick attach design. Cutting heights are adjusted via 2 levers (front and rear) across 15 positions.
Deck, Drive, and Wheels
The drive system uses a simple V-belt design engineered for optimum performance and minimal downtime. The pulley layout allows maximum power transfer while reducing belt wear for maximum durability. Due to the additional weight of the machine, the diameter and width of the wheels have been increased to ensure the ground pressure is the same as a 53cm model, avoiding marking of lawns. The mower utilizes a professional aluminium 3-speed gearbox with high quality aluminium casings, hardened steel internal components, and solid gears to ensure precise and reliable drive.
Usability and Maintenance
Features include quick release adjustable handles with an upright maintenance position for access to the underside of the deck and blade, and a heavy-duty front bumper. The mower has a 1 year commercial warranty on steel body machines and a 3 year commercial warranty on aluminium body machines.
